Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Full Circle brings together movement, wellness, healthcare navigation, planning, and consulting. These answers can help you decide whether Full Circle is the right fit and where to begin.
If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
What makes Full Circle different?
Full Circle considers more than one exercise, appointment, or immediate decision. Beth brings more than 20 years of experience in occupational therapy, rehabilitation, healthcare leadership, movement, aging, and end-of-life support.
That broad perspective helps her recognize how movement, function, healthcare, family needs, and future planning often connect—and turn complicated concerns into practical next steps.
Who are your clients?
Full Circle works with adults at different ages and stages of life.
You may want to become stronger, move more comfortably, prepare for a medical appointment, support a family member, plan for changing needs, or organize important information before it is urgently needed.
Does Full Circle provide Occupational Therapy?
No. Full Circle does not currently provide occupational therapy evaluations or treatment.
Beth is a licensed occupational therapist, and that experience shapes her practical understanding of movement, function, aging, healthcare, and daily life. Full Circle services are offered as wellness instruction, education, navigation, planning support, and consulting—not occupational therapy.
How do I know which service is right for me?
You do not need to determine that on your own. Start by describing what is difficult, what has changed, or what you would like to accomplish.
For example, you might want to feel stronger, become steadier, learn to use fascia tools, prepare for a medical appointment, think through home-safety concerns, or organize future plans. A brief conversation can help identify the most appropriate starting point.
Do I need Pilates experience or a certain fitness level?
No. Private sessions are adapted to your experience, comfort, and pace. You do not need to be flexible, athletic, or familiar with Pilates.
If you have had a recent injury, surgery, fall, or significant change in your health, you may need clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning.
Is Fascia and Bodywork the same as massage?
No. These are guided self-care sessions, not massage therapy.
You use specialized fascia tools on your own body while Beth provides instruction, positioning guidance, and assistance when requested. You will also learn techniques that you can use independently at home.
What does a healthcare navigator do?
A healthcare navigator helps you prepare, stay organized, and make the most of your medical appointments.
Beth can help you develop questions, attend as a second set of eyes and ears, take notes, organize instructions, and identify follow-up items. She does not diagnose, interpret test results, recommend treatment, or make decisions for you.
Is Life and Legacy Planning only for someone who is seriously ill?
No. Planning is usually easier before a crisis.
These conversations can help you organize important information, clarify your wishes, identify the people you trust, and make your preferences easier for loved ones to understand.
You can begin at any age and work through the process gradually.
How do I get started?
Call to schedule! If you’re unsure which service is right for you, we can start with a consultation call to discuss your needs and goals.
