Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

We get it — these services don’t usually appear together. Pilates, Occupational Therapy, and End-of-Life Planning might seem unrelated at first glance, but at Full Circle, they’re connected by one mission: helping you live fully and plan with purpose.

If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. In the meantime, here are answers to some of the most common questions we hear.

What makes Full Circle different from other wellness or planning services?

Full Circle uniquely integrates Pilates, Occupational Therapy, and End-of-Life Planning. This means you can work with one provider who understands how movement, function, and planning all connect to support your quality of life now and into the future.

Who are your clients?

I work with individuals, families, and caregivers across all stages of life. Some come for movement and wellness support (like Pilates-based exercise), others for functional guidance (like home safety or energy conservation), and others for future planning (like organizing important documents and wishes). Many people find that these services overlap in meaningful ways.

What is Occupational Therapy (OT), and how does it fit into your services?

Occupational Therapy focuses on helping people do the activities that matter most — from daily self-care and home safety to meaningful hobbies, routines, and roles. Unlike physical therapy, which often focuses on recovery from an injury, OT emphasizes function and participation in everyday life.

At Full Circle, I integrate my OT expertise into wellness and consulting, offering strategies for fall prevention, adaptive living, and life transitions. These services are provided in a private, consulting-based model, not through insurance billing.

Do you bill insurance for Occupational Therapy?

I am able to provide Occupational Therapy services; however, I do not bill insurance directly, and there are certain restrictions — especially for clients with Medicare.

Under the Social Security Act, if you have Medicare Part B, I am not permitted to provide therapy services to you on a private-pay basis for the same services that would normally be covered by Medicare. In this case, I can help guide you in understanding your options and connecting you with a provider who can bill Medicare directly.

For clients with private insurance or who are paying out of pocket, I can provide OT services and, if needed, supply documentation you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many people also use HSA or FSA funds to cover eligible OT-related services, especially when supported by a Letter of Medical Necessity from their physician.

This model allows us to focus on personalized, flexible care without the limitations of insurance-driven rules, while still ensuring you get the coverage you’re entitled to when applicable.

What if I only want one service without the others?

That’s completely fine. You can choose one service, or combine them. Many clients begin with one focus area and then discover the benefit of weaving in another as their needs evolve.

How does Pilates fit into your approach?

I offer Pilates-based movement to build strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. Unlike a typical fitness class, I tailor exercises to your unique goals and needs — whether you’re preventing falls, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to move with more ease.

What does "End-of-Life Planning" mean? Is it only for people who are ill?

Not at all. End-of-life planning means getting organized ahead of time — putting documents, decisions, and preferences in place so you and your loved ones can focus on living fully. I help with conversations, organization, and resources — not medical or legal services.

This is valuable for anyone, whether you’re young and healthy, a caregiver, or navigating later life.

Can I combine services in a package?

Yes. Many clients find value in a blended approach. For example, someone may start with Pilates to improve balance, consult with me on home safety (OT perspective), and then move into organizing documents for peace of mind.

How do I get started?

You can book a session directly through the website. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, we can start with a consultation call to discuss your needs and goals.
